Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process within 30 days of receipt.

  Prepare Your Package

  Safely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the products are at least 50% full and include the original packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
